About Us
Aerial Method was born out of a need for aspiring aerialists to train in a safe and supportive environment that focuses on proper technique and form. We are an aerial arts studio in Canoga Park, CA, providing classes for children (6 years of age and older) and adults. We offer classes in aerial silks, lyra, sling, rope, dance trapeze, aerial choreography, aerial fitness, and flexibility.
At Aerial Method, students receive individualized attention and hands-on training in a non-judgmental and friendly environment. Students are assisted to develop their skills at their own pace, and have fun at the same time. The instructors also create individualized goals for each student and encourage students to discover and develop their own style.

Sepida Sazgar
Director & Choreographer
Sepida is an avid proponent of training in aerial arts for people of all ages and appreciates how the different apparatuses help build strength, flexibility, and confidence. She has had extensive training in lyra, silks, and sling. She is excited to combine her background in academia with her love of aerial arts to help others develop and hone their skills. Sepida enjoys choreographing routines and coaching aerialists to enhance their performance skills, and has choreographed multiple routines for prize-winning aerial competitors.
Belle Tadena
Belle is an instructor certified through Aerial Method. Belle’s love for aerial arts began when she took her first hammock class. She has since honed her skills in hammock, lyra, dance trapeze, rope, and silks. Belle's passion is flow choreography and she is excited to teach students how to execute power moves with artistic flair. She is also the in-house photographer at Aerial Method and has conducted several photo shoots. She won third place in the Aerialympics competition in Portland in 2019. She also won first place in a doubles act with Ginger Lowcher in 2019 at VIVA Fest.
